Family owned and operated by Lily Castro and after more than 25 years in business, Lily’s Malibu has changed very little – if at all. It may be simple in appearance and ingredients, but looks can be deceiving: While a dish similar to Lily’s fish tacos can be had at nearly any Mexican food eatery, very few come close to the freshness that’s apparent in Lily's dish. They receive fresh produce every day and make anything you order fresh, right when you order it. Lily has many workers who have been there for nearly 20 years and they work together to collaborate and incorporate the flavors of El Salvador, Guatemala and Mexico into the eatery’s dishes.
